About Wilson County Court Docket

Wilson County court dockets and case files are spread across the District Clerk, County Clerk, four justice courts, and several municipal courts. Texas also offers re:SearchTX for eligible statewide electronic records. We organize those official routes so a person can identify the right custodian, calendar, address, or phone number without assuming that one search covers every court.

Why We Built This Site

Public access in Texas still requires the right route. Wilson County District Clerk Deborah Bryan keeps district civil, family, and felony-related files. County Clerk Genevieve Martinez handles county civil, probate, and the clerk's published misdemeanor-search service. Municipal and Justice of the Peace clerks retain their own lower-court records. The joint 81st and 218th Judicial District Courts publish WILS-coded appearance dockets, while re:SearchTX provides a separate statewide layer for eligible records. We bring these contacts, portals, request steps, and limits into one local reference.

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site with no connection to a Texas court, Wilson County office, clerk, or state agency. Our role is limited:

  • We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
  • We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
  • We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now

Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.

Search Partners

Third-party providers power search boxes displayed on some pages. They operate their own services and choose their own prices. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may result in a referral fee that supports this free reference resource. We neither set those charges nor control the provider's results.
